Our signature classes

Sweat Blocks /swɛt blɒks/: a section of class that begins with targeted strength exercises and ends with a challenging cardio 

Total Sweat

 

For all of the cardio lovers, this class is for you! Our 60-minute full body class is made up of six sweat blocks. Each block targets the strength in your upper body, lower body and core, and finishes off with a challenging cardio.

 

Lower Body Sweat

 

A focus on the largest muscles in your body for a maximum *can’t walk up the stairs tomorrow* burn! Our 50-minute lower body class is made up of four sweat blocks. Each block is targeted to work your legs, glutes and core, then finish off with that heavy leg cardio for that ultimate lower body burn.

 

Upper Body Sweat

 

Stronger arms means larger beer/wine glasses, right? Our 50-minute upper body class is made up of four sweat blocks. Each block targets your arms and abs, ending with an upper body focused cardio to shake it out.

Barre HIIT

 

Just think Total Sweat meets barre! Grab both your light and heavy weights and get ready to sculpt and plié your way through class.

 

What do I need for class?

Depending on what movement and classes you’re into, we recommend the following at-home equipment, but remember, you can do the classes without (we’ve been known to make use of wine bottles and soup cans too…)

  • Hand weights/dumbells:

    • Light weights: anything from 1-3 lbs

    • Medium weights: anything from 5-12 lbs

    • Heavy weights: anything from 10-30 lbs

  • Resistance band

  • Pilates ball

  • Sliders (or towels on hard surfaces and Tupperware on carpet)

  • Workout step

  • Workout bench
